Work Within Love was born out of the desire to contribute to the development of more conscious, congruent, and loving individuals within the corporate world — with the intention of positively impacting the work environment and integrating the so-called “forbidden word,” Love, into a context that is often overly focused on goals, targets, and results.

It also emerged with the purpose of integrating the objective dimension of the corporate world with the subjective dimension of being human, recognizing that this one determines unconscious motivations, that directly impact individual and collective goals.

We work with both the conscious and subconscious dimensions of individuals and teams, enabling them to achieve their goals while also making the journey a pleasurable one.

🡰 Claudia Polido

  • I am passionate about organizational, personal and spiritual development, which I have dedicated myself to for over 20 years, in countries such as Portugal, Brazil, Spain and the United Kingdom, having reconciled my corporate career with therapeutic work for the general public and with facilitating spiritual retreats. 

    I have worked for the last 17 years in a global energy company (EDP/ Global Digital Unit), leading people, organization and communication department, including organizational culture, change management, executive coaching for leaders and corporate events.

    I was a partner of a consulting and management company in strategy and innovation, a consultant/trainer at entrepreneurship programs and a non-profit association board member (equine-assisted interventions).

    With a degree in communication sciences and postgraduate degrees in systemic management and project management, I have additional training in biopsychology, neurolinguistic programming (trainer), systemic constellations, mental social panorama, coaching, equine assisted interventions, trauma, bioflow and shamanism. 

    My main motivation is to contribute to having more loving and conscious people in the corporate world, thus developing a culture where work and pleasure are integrated. With competence, experience, love and intuition!
