Congruent Identity

This program aims to define an identity based on the sum of the team members’ professional values (the foundation of motivation and decision-making), mission, and vision — through a bottom-up approach.

This differs from the typical top-down approach where teams struggle to own what is predefined and communicated by leadership.

Building a congruent identity means making tangible an identity that already exists through collective awareness.

Conscious Professionals

This program’s goal is to develop personal and professional awareness in individuals or groups, empowering the team by empowering its members.

Increased awareness deepens understanding of hidden dynamics, leading to energy self-management, personal accountability, and self-leadership.

Loving People

As a natural consequence of inside-out work, permission is created for feeling within the corporate world. This program develops themes of empathy, intuition, and spirituality in business.

Whole Self Program

What happens to employees before and after work is as impactful as what happens during work. Experiences inside and outside of work influence who employees are, how they feel, think, and behave. Employees are whole persons (Whole Self).

This program supports employees to bring their Whole Self to the workplace, refocusing on the person, positively impacting company results, and enabling organizational culture transformation.

2. Lectures

Lectures on love as a business strategy, organizational culture, change management, and authentic leadership.

3. Corporate Sharing Circles

The Circles are open to anyone feeling called to participate and aim to create a safe space to share personal experiences in a corporate context.

This fosters individual reconnection with who we are, strengthens team spirit, opens space for new ideas, develops bonds of support and trust, and creates a sense of belonging.

4. Organizational Constellations (individual/group)

An organizational constellation can be defined as a formation or arrangement of interconnected elements within a corporate context that generate imperceptible dynamics responsible for outcomes.

There is an unseen information network impacting everything in an organization which, when brought to awareness, enables immediate transformation.

Organizational constellations are a methodology developed and applied over several decades worldwide in corporate, political, legal, and family settings.

5. Individual Personal Development / Executive Coaching Sessions

These sessions combine competence, experience, love, and intuition from a professional dedicated to personal and organizational development for over two decades. They use diverse methods tailored to client needs.

6. Corporate Events

We develop transformational events and corporate spiritual retreats tailored to the company’s strategic objectives, values, and principles. We also participate with our human development programs in client-organized events.
